Fairco
Founded in 1998, Fairco have grown from an initial two employees to a workforce of 40 and now operate three conveniently located showrooms in Terenure, Howth Junction and Santry. Fairco have serviced over 16,000 customers in the Dublin area and lead the field in manufacturing windows with enhanced resistance to intrusion.
The Challenge
Fairco were having some performance issues and underwent a recent IT upgrade. The transition was not smooth and it was causing significant downtime. They decided to ask for outside help in the setup and called Spector IT. We performed an IT audit against best practices and detected points for major improvements.
