The IFI is one of the busiest and most dynamic arts organisations in the country, engaging with audiences nationally and internationally.
The Challenge
The IFI had been used to having a full time presence onsite, but were now looking to outsource their IT operations. They were having ongoing performance issues and some of their equipment was out of warranty.
Outsourcing would bring considerable changes, not only to their tech infrastructure but also to the way they dealt with their technology. They required a team ready to conduct a smooth and effective transition.

Prepare for Transition
We transitioned them initially to two half days a week onsite. Our team was also available for remote support.

Installed and configured a new server and phone systems, to update their current structure.

Point of Sales Migration
We have migrated their point of sales system to a much more stable platform, preventing future outages.

Continuous Improvement
We have brought them on the journey of our Spector Ascend process to ensure improvements on an ongoing basis.
Results
The IFI is today fully outsourced and their staff have fully embraced it. The Audit score that they received on initial audit has risen dramatically and they now have a stable, secure and robust IT infrastructure. We have performed security and compliance projects since to ensure they remain protected against the growing cyber threats.
