The Challenge
Naturalife’s structure was very well prepared due to our long relationship. Our latest challenge aside them was in ensuring GDPR Compliance. They wanted to be sure that all data was properly managed and protected. Nothing had been done yet in terms of data mapping or risk register, and there were no procedures for breaches.

Processing activities have been registered and mapped. A procedure for breaches has been established and verified.
Results
Now Naturalife is a Cyber Essentials-certified company and has reached technical compliance for GDPR. We have established security policies and defined their retention policy – the time a company should maintain data and how to organise it.
For that they are more organised, have more space and less paperwork to worry about. It can also position itself better among companies in the UK due to its Cyber Essentials certification, and it will be able to maintain its reputation and members’ privacy safely.
