Searing Point began when two well established financial services companies merged. The company specialises in offering advice on Retirement planning, Savings, Investments, Life & Business Insurance and Mortgage Services.
The Challenge
The new company had to integrate their existing IT systems, amalgamate the historical data and provide a unified remote solution for all staff who were operating in two far-apart offices in Dublin. Seamless communication and file sharing were key when discussing possible solutions.
The offices used various financial applications and needed to be managed centrally as updating on every machine had become challenging and had led to inconsistencies and frustration.

We have executed a seamless migration, with many productivity applications being implemented in their routine.
Results
Increased productivity and a highly collaborative environment. A robust centralised Server with massive uptime. Only one outage in the past four years, which was quickly resolved. Sales representations have acquired much more flexibility and are saving a lot of time by being able to access their desktops from anywhere.
